I am pleased with the prompt mailing, but upon inspection of the new purse I discovered the inside lining was ripped and the rest poorly sewn. As I scrolled through their feedback, I noticed this was their response to most neutral/negative feedback. I think it’s very poor customer service that they are more concerned with their status on Amazon than customer satisfaction and the quality of the products they sell. I wished to change my feedback of them as a seller to negative because I will not do future business with an entity that instructs me on how to leave an opinion. That is very condescending treatment of your customers. br /br /However, I removed the feedback with the hopes to leave new feedback. Creative Products is probably aware that once feedback is removed, a buyer cannot leave new feedback. I was not aware of this when I removed my feedback, although I should have guessed when Amazon encouraged me not to delete feedback even if pressured by a seller.
